Job summary

Vodafone is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to shape the employee experience by offering expert guidance on complex cases and supporting business transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders to balance fairness, risk and commercial needs while driving continuous improvement.

You will own high-risk ER matters end-to-end, share expertise with ER specialists, and help develop robust change frameworks across the organisation.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application within a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, commercially focused advice on complex and high-risk ER matters.
• Own complex ER cases end-to-end, driving timely resolution and escalating when needed.
• Support ER specialists and build capability across the team.
• Lead ER delivery in organisational change programmes, including TUPE transfers, with compliant consultation.
