Virgin Media O2 is seeking an ER & Policy Project Manager to turn strategic people priorities into practical roadmaps, improving the employee experience. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, use feedback, survey results, and ER data to inform senior leadership decisions, and support engagement campaigns, consultations, and policy changes.

Strong data interpretation and AI‑enabled delivery are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in HR, Employee Relations or similar environment.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insight clearly through presentations.
• Awareness of employment law and experience supporting change implementation.
• Experience using digital and AI tools to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial idea through to delivery within Employee Relations & Policy.
• Build plans, manage milestones and coordinate stakeholders across the business.
