Job summary

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to deliver a customer-focused ER service within the People Policy Framework, overseeing casework across disputes, attendance management and related matters.

You will work with a Senior HR Advisor and shared HR & OD apprentice to develop policies, support service delivery, and engage unions where appropriate, ensuring governance and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations casework and dispute handling.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies.
• Experience working with unions and external partners.
• Strong governance and audit trail skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ER casework including hearings and attendance management.
• Provide guidance on policy implementation and governance.
