You will lead on high‑risk matters, identify trends from case data, partner with HR Partners, and shape training. The role involves travel across UK base locations and reports to the Head of Employee Relations.

Formación

• Experience advising on complex, high-risk ER matters.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ability to identify trends from case data.
• Collaborates with leaders, HR Partners and unions.
