Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to manage complex ER matters across multiple EMEA units. You will provide strategic support, partner with managers and HR colleagues, and drive process improvements using data insights.

Applicants should have strong coaching, risk assessment, and change-management skills, with 8+ years in ER or HRBP roles and a BA/BS in a related field. Hybrid/remote options may apply in London-based teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HRBusiness Partner roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-stakes employee relations matters including performance cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution across multiple business units in EMEA.
• Provide strategic Employee Relations support, business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs, highlighting trends in employee relations to drive proactive solutions.
• Help balance risk considering employee, business and company perspectives.
• Design and facilitate Manager Training based on data analysis.
• Partner with HR colleagues to implement solutions and scale the business.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate complex assignments with regional impact or client scope.
• Participate and lead projects within the HR community and influence others.
• Build collaborative working relationships and demonstrate professional conduct.
• Involve in interviewing and onboarding new employees.
