Job summary

ADP is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (New Business) to drive high-value HR and payroll transformations across the UKI region. You will own your territory, prioritise target accounts with 2000+ employees, and lead deals worth £100k+ annually through a structured, consultative sales approach.

You will collaborate with presales, consulting, marketing and sales teams to ensure robust pipelines and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

Experience in HCM/HR tech or similar SaaS.
Minimum five years of software field sales experience.
Track record of new business territory development and net-new customers.
Experience selling to large customers (>2000 employees).
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

Prioritise and organise your territory plan, identifying prospects with 2000+ employees across ADP's HCM and Payroll portfolio.
Manage time, prospecting, CRM updates, and on-site visits with prospects.
Run structured, value-driven sales processes and forecast accurately to leaders and the team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with presales, consultants, sales development and marketing.
