Job summary

MFK Recruitment is partnering with a well-established global software company to recruit a Strategic Customer Success Manager. The role owns a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and requires building relationships with CIOs, IT Directors and senior stakeholders to drive measurable value through product adoption.

You will forecast commercial outcomes, lead Executive Business Reviews and identify expansion opportunities, with a focus on adoption, retention and recurring revenue growth

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Account Management.
• Experience with technically complex B2B software.
• Proven ability to manage strategic, enterprise or global customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews focused on outcomes and ROI.
• Understand customers’ objectives and measures of success.
• Create and deliver strategic Customer Success plans.
• Identify renewal risks and create mitigation plans.
• Develop recurring-revenue expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services.
