Job summary

Yext is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to drive adoption and maximize value of the Yext platform for large enterprise customers.

You will partner with sales, solution engineers, product management, and GTM teams to ensure retention and growth, develop strategic success plans, and lead renewal conversations. The successful candidate has 7+ years in strategic CSM and deep knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
