Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with in-house legal teams, drive adoption, expansion and renewal of our platform across enterprise clients in EMEA. You’ll lead engagements, craft strategic success plans, and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver measurable value.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, own renewal strategies, and support upsell opportunities. Travel up to 10% for client meetings and events may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise SaaS Customer Success or consultancy experience.
• Experience leading strategic account engagements and renewals.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients across EMEA from onboarding to renewal.
• Develop strategic, data-driven success plans based on client goals and value.
• Lead high‑impact meetings with corporate legal departments and drive adoption and expansion.
