Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Senior Business Architect to operate at the enterprise level within the Technology organisation, aligning business aspirations with technology execution. Reporting to the Director of Business Architecture & Integration, you will drive strategic initiatives and mature the business architecture practice while guiding senior leaders through transformation and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in business, technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience in business architecture and enterprise-level transformation.
Familiarity with business architecture frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK).
Ability to translate vision into operating models and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support strategy formulation and design operating models aligned to strategic goals.
Identify requirements to operationalise operating models and roadmaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals with revenue growth and cost optimisation.
