Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Business Architecture & Integration, you will drive strategic initiatives and mature the business architecture practice.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to enable transformation, shape operating models, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

• Experience in business architecture, strategy formulation, and enterprise-level transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy formulation by identifying opportunities and disruptive forces.
• Design operating models and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Translate business strategies into architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain business architecture models across functions.
• Guide prioritisation of initiatives and investments to enable transformation.
