Job summary
Together is expanding its Enterprise Architecture function in the UK, creating a pivotal role within the AI and automation initiatives. You will shape how AI and automation are adopted across the organisation through robust business architecture practices, working with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable capabilities and roadmaps.
You will assess capabilities, maturity, and opportunities, driving rigorous change programs while collaborating with architecture, data, and change
Qualifications
- Significant experience in understanding and capturing business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management including executive level.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into target operating models and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts (capability models, value streams, TOMs).
- Translate strategy into architecture outcomes and roadmaps.
- Lead strategic discovery with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops to build alignment and drive decision-making.
- Ensure initiatives are supported by business, data, tech and change experts.
