Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Change Manager to join the Change Centre of Excellence. You will develop and implement change management plans, grow change maturity, and coach others while engaging stakeholders and aligning initiatives with business goals. The role focuses on human aspects of transformation across our portfolio of programs.

The team champions a unified IT and business strategy, emphasising collaboration, learning, and adaptability in a dynamic publishing and tech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing change in large organisations.
• Proven track record leading change initiatives in complex settings.
• Experience with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CoE Director and team to identify and manage change impacts.
• Create and execute change management plans aligned with the CoE approach.
• Develop training and support materials for users navigating change.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and communication strategies.
• Monitor effectiveness of change initiatives and provide improvement recommendations.
