Job summary

Transform is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to shape clients’ architecture vision and align technology with business strategy. You will lead large-scale transformation initiatives, advise executives, and mentor delivery teams across complex programmes.

You will engage stakeholders, develop architecture roadmaps, and contribute to proposals and governance across the client portfolio. The role often involves on-site collaboration with clients and shaping strategic architecture practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise transformations including cloud migration and data strategy.
• Familiar with TOGAF, DAMA, or other architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define components of, implement and govern enterprise architecture frameworks across engagements.
• Support target operating models, capability maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, IT strategy, and solution delivery via governance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, guide execution, and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with sales to shape transformational architecture strategies and pre-sales efforts.
