Job summary

Holman UK in Chippenham is hiring a Corporate Account Manager to join the Client Relations Team in a permanent full-time role, with hybrid working. The salary ranges from £37,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, act as their trusted advisor, driving satisfaction, retention and growth while coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fleet, automotive, or a similar B2B account management environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex corporate customer relationships and retaining key accounts.
• Strong relationship management and commercial skills, with experience developing customer plans, identifying growth opportunities, and managing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers, acting as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth by identifying opportunities to increase customer value, service adoption, and product penetration.
• Lead contract governance activities, including renewals, performance reviews, risk management, and escalations.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver SPRs and QBRs with clear insights and value-driven recommendations.
