Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking a commercially driven Strategic Energy Partner to join our Energy Management Solutions division. You’ll work with large commercial and industrial customers to understand their energy strategy, identify long-term opportunities and build multi-year partnerships that deliver energy, sustainability and operation benefits.

You’ll engage senior stakeholders, develop opportunities across technologies such as battery storage, CHP, heat pumps and HVAC, and lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment projects valued between £250,000 and £2 million+.
• Experience developing opportunities, generating pipeline and closing complex sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling energy solutions into commercial and industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans for major commercial and industrial customers.
• Understand customer operations, energy usage, investment priorities and growth plans.
• Create opportunities across multiple technologies and energy solutions.
• Lead customer discovery conversations and identify opportunities before tenders.
• Build a multi-year project pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Engage executive stakeholders to influence long-term energy investment strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Lead high-value opportunities with multiple sites and stakeholders.
