Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to deliver and scale new propositions across our energy businesses. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Tech, Data and operations, leading governance, stage-gate reviews and handovers to operating teams.

Reporting to the Director of Innovation & Development, you will manage a portfolio of pilots and initiatives, ensure benefits realisation and provide senior stakeholder updates. Hybrid UK-wide travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Proven project or programme management experience across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong reporting and performance tracking, including risk management.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with prioritisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to influence without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent innovation projects, pilots and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues to keep initiatives on track.
• Coordinate activities across diverse workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Provide governance and stage-gate support throughout the lifecycle.
