Alkegen seeks an Employee Relations Advisor to deliver proactive HR services to managers and colleagues across UK facilities. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will handle day-to-day HR activities, advise on a broad range of people matters, and manage a varied ER caseload while supporting change initiatives and employee experience.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience, including handling complex casework independently.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to support multiple sites or remote operational teams.
• Excellent investigation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across UK locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary investigations, grievances, absence, performance, and flexible working requests.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations.
• Support managers through complex and sensitive employee issues while ensuring policy compliance.
