CDW is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide legally robust ER support across the business in the United Kingdom. You will work with HR partners, Shared Services, Payroll, and Legal to manage cases, ensure policy compliance, and deliver insights from ER data.

The role emphasizes timely responses, policy adherence, and collaboration with leadership to reduce ER risk and improve employee experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on management of complex employee relations cases within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification required; Level 7 desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Stakeholder management and influencing, with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide consistent, timely, legally robust employee relations support across the business.
• Manage ER cases including discipline, grievance, absence, performance, probation, and redundancy.
• Develop and maintain case management documentation and reporting.
• Coach managers and stakeholders to improve manager capability and ER processes.
