Alkegen is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver proactive HR services to managers and colleagues across UK facilities. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will own day-to-day HR activities, manage Employee Relations caseloads, and support organisational change while travelling regularly between sites.

The successful candidate will join on a 12-month FTC, bringing strong UK employment law knowledge, investigation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience and independent case handling.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or remote teams.
• Excellent investigation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across UK.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievances, absence, performance and flexible working requests.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Coach managers in people management best practice.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies during change activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
