Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to partner with leaders and People teams across organisational change. You will advise on employee relations matters, ensure fair and compliant outcomes, and support workforce change activities while maintaining a positive employee experience.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience with complex cases, and CIPD Level 5 or higher. Hybrid working and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant Employee Relations experience, ideally in a large, complex or matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and consultation requirements.
• Experience partnering with employment lawyers and handling legally sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and People teams to deliver effective employee relations support across organisational change initiatives.
• Provide trusted advice on employee relations matters for fair, consistent outcomes.
• Support planning and delivery of workforce change activities with compliant employment practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate complex people matters and mitigate risks.
• Work with external legal advisers and internal teams to inform employment-related decisions.
