WTW in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support end-to-end ER case management across Health, Wealth and Career, Risk and Broking, and Corporate segments. You will develop strong relationships with managers and HR colleagues to resolve issues while ensuring policy and legal compliance.

Role requires up-to-date employment law knowledge, ability to coach managers, and capability to drive ER projects and training.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience with focus on Employee Relations and policy coaching.
• Knowledge of TUPE, mergers and acquisitions, and collective consultation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ER case management for disciplinary actions, performance issues, grievances, absences and exits.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and HR colleagues to identify and resolve ER issues.
• Keep HR policies and employment law knowledge up to date and advise on best practices.
• Provide project management support and data analysis to identify ER trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide line managers on meeting conduct and documentation to ensure fair processes.
• Identify training opportunities to foster a constructive ER culture and support broader HR priorities.
• Support ER team during peak periods and cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with ER Lead to flag cases with potential regulatory conduct concerns.
