Job summary

Annapurna is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join its HR team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on managing complex ER matters, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving improvements across the employee relations function.

You will deliver high-quality ER services, analyse data to forecast risks, and support policy development and HR transformation initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience managing complex casework.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using HR systems and interpreting data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and sensitive ER cases, delivering timely, fair outcomes.
• Partner with HR teams, managers and leaders to deliver a high-quality ER service.
• Coach and develop people leaders to build ER confidence and capability.
• Analyse ER data and trends to identify risks and insights.
• Support the development of ER policies, governance and best practice.
• Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across HR and the business as a trusted ER partner.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Use case management systems to maintain records and service standards.
• Support wider ER projects and initiatives as required.
