Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead the UK & Ireland field ER efforts. You will bring significant ER experience, deep subject matter expertise, and strong leadership to partner with senior managers and PXT teams to shape fair, compliant employee relations programs.

This role requires travel up to 30% and base location in the UK flexible. You will analyze data to diagnose issues, de-escalate conflicts, and drive proactive initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations preferred.
  • Experience and solid understanding of UK employment and labor laws.
  • Direct experience in managing ERB relationships or employee forums in UK consultation environments.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee employee relations and vulnerability assessment programs.
  • Analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs to sustain positive employee relations.
  • Define and develop arrangements for collective consultation and communication under UK law.
  • Lead ER projects and travel up to 30% across UK & Ireland and Europe as needed.
  • Manage urgent and sensitive ER issues with a bias for action.
