Arriva is seeking a Senior ER Partner to shape and deliver the employee relations agenda across our London operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding complex ER matters and building governance frameworks to improve outcomes.

The role demands proactive data-driven insights, coaching capability, and partnership with union representatives to ensure compliant, commercially sound people management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior ER experience in a complex, unionised environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and case law.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and drive policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employee relations investigations and case management.
• Advise senior leaders and partner with HR teams on ER strategy.
• Develop ER frameworks, governance and manager toolkits.
• Monitor trends via data analytics to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
