Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead ER operations across the UK and Canada within the People Services team. You will balance regional legal compliance with the global ER strategy across five pillars: Performance, Disciplinary, Grievances, Org Design Support, and Absence Management.

You will triage tribunal claims, handle complex escalations, and provide data-driven insights to elevate workplace relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering in global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Legislation and tribunal processes.
• CIPD qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER operations across the UK and Canada while aligning with global ER strategy.
• Own one ER pillar and drive consistency with business goals.
• Manage UK tribunal claims and liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and Speak Up cases.
• Analyze ER data to inform recommendations and improvements.
• Coach and develop the ER team and support career growth.
• Support restructures with clear roles and processes.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders, HRBPs and legal teams.
• Utilize HR data tools and case management platforms effectively.
• Seek innovative ways to work to boost productivity and clarity.
