Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead ER operations across the UK and Canada within the People Services team. You will balance local compliance with global ER strategy across five pillars and triage tribunal claims while guiding complex cases.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with senior HR and legal colleagues, and deliver data-driven insights to continuously improve workplace relations and performance.

Qualifications

• Background in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering within global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Legislation, tribunal processes and compliance.
• CIPD Level 5 required; Level 7 is a plus.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER operations across the UK and Canada, ensuring local compliance while supporting global alignment.
• Hold strategic ownership for one ER pillar and drive consistency with business goals.
• Manage and triage UK tribunal claims and legal matters, coordinating with external counsel.
• Provide expert guidance on complex disciplinary, grievance, and Speak Up cases.
• Analyze ER case data to deliver recommendations and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop the ER team and collaborate with global stakeholders.
