Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Employer Relations Specialist to provide expert employee and employer relations support across the UK, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland. The role partners with people managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders to ensure fair, compliant management of employee relations matters.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with regular onsite engagement and travel to sites, primarily across Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Employment Law, or related field.
• CIPD Level 5 minimum (Level 7 preferred).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in employee/employer relations.
• Strong knowledge of UK and ROI employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution.
• Advise managers and HR partners on policy application and risk.
• Draft investigation reports, letters, and settlement docs.
• Coach managers to improve capability and ensure legal compliance.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and compliance reporting.
• Engage with employee representatives and unions when needed.
