Talent Solutions Staffing UK is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join a busy HR team in Northern Ireland. The role combines remote and full-time work, handling complex ER matters with a focus on compliance and high-quality stakeholder guidance.

You will advise managers, coach through ER processes, and draft formal letters while identifying risks and trends. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits an ER professional with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of advising on complex employee relations matters
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused approach with credibility at all levels
• Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy and occupational health cases
• Provide practical and commercially focused advice to managers on employee relations matters
• Coach and support managers through ER processes and decision-making
• Review case documentation and assist with drafting correspondence and outcome letters
• Identify and escape high-risk cases and emerging trends
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver an excellent employee experience
