Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience with budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Event & Campaign Manager and/or senior management with EMEA events including venue sourcing, logistics, catering, and reporting.
• Develop comprehensive event plans with timelines, milestones, and task lists and identify obstacles with resolutions.
• Prepare event collaterals/giveaways to enable timely shipments before key events.
• Ensure attendees are well informed about event goals and requirements.
• Assist at events with registration desks, technical operations and guest experience.
• Pre-empt on-site issues and implement solutions to maintain event quality.
• Post-event activities include feedback, attendee surveys, and vendor performance reports.
