Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an aspiring events coordinator to join our team in the UK. You will support delivery of strategic events across EMEA, assist with logistics, and coordinate across sales, marketing, and partner teams to create polished experiences.

You'll manage attendee experiences from invitation to post-event follow-up, maintain event data, and contribute to plans, timelines, and post-event analysis while bringing fresh ideas to make events engaging and inclusive.

Qualifications

  • Current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate interested in events, marketing, communications, business, technology, or hospitality.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details across multiple events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in strategic and hands-on tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Curiosity about technology, data, AI, and B2B marketing, and how events support business growth.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/marketing automation/event platforms is a plus.
  • Nice to have: internship/work in events, marketing, communications, hospitality, operations, or project coordination.
  • Experience supporting in-person events, conferences, networking sessions, webinars, or student/community events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of strategic events across EMEA.
  • Assist with event logistics: venue research, supplier coordination, registrations, catering, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, partner teams, executives, customer success, and vendors.
  • Contribute to event project plans, timelines, trackers, and status updates.
  • Support attendee experience from invitation through post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain event data and reporting: registrations, attendance, feedback, leads, and budgets.
  • Research venues, industry trends, audience segments, event formats, and best practices.
  • Support content and communications for events: agenda drafts, speaker bios, event descriptions, briefing notes, invitation copy, and post-event summaries.
  • Assist with partner and sponsor coordination and ensure deliverables are tracked.
  • Provide on-site support at selected events, including registration, guest experience, and speaker coordination.
  • Bring fresh thinking to create engaging, inclusive event experiences.
