Job summary

Distinct Recruitment is seeking a commercially focused digital professional to join a well established UK-based B2B business in the industrial and engineering sector. You will own ecommerce growth, identify revenue opportunities and use data to improve commercial performance.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Digital Partner, you’ll influence platform development, optimise conversion, pricing and product data, and work cross‑functionally with sales and customer service to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth in B2B ecommerce or commercial environments.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into action.
• Familiar with ecommerce platforms (Magento/Shopify/WooCommerce) and SEO basics.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce growth, identify opportunities to increase sales and conversion.
• Develop initiatives for customer acquisition, retention and trade account growth.
• Analyse website data and customer behaviour to improve the online journey.
• Manage product data, pricing, catalogue structure and data accuracy.
• Analyse sales and website data to uncover trends and drive decisions.
• Build dashboards, KPIs and reporting to track performance.
• Utilise CRM/ERP/ecommerce systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to enhance the commercial experience.
• Identify opportunities to develop new product categories and revenue streams.
