Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Chesterfield is seeking a Retail E-Commerce & Commercial Development Manager to own the B2C online operation within a growing consumer business now backed by a global organisation.

You’ll optimise the website and customer journey, develop social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns, identify new revenue opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to grow the brand.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' relevant experience in e-commerce or digital roles.
• Degree or diploma required; solid track record counts.
• Commercially minded, digitally savvy with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the B2C e-commerce operation
• Improve the website, online customer journey and product presentation
• Develop social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns
• Identify new customer, product and revenue opportunities
• Use sales and customer data to spot trends and drive growth
• Explore new marketing channels, partnerships and ideas
• Work with external web/digital partners and know the right questions to ask
• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service and operations
