Job summary

A local government authority in Greater London is seeking a Business & Workforce Development Manager for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will lead the Workforce Development Plan, generate income through training services, and manage early education funding initiatives to enhance childcare outcomes. Qualifications

• Experience of project and financial management.

• Experience of dealing with external partners and funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a Workforce Development Plan for early years childcare.
• Generate income by delivering training services to the early years sector.
• Implement and deliver early education childcare funding.
• Manage IT systems for effective delivery of childcare services.
• Coordinate governmental early years initiatives in Lambeth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve childcare outcomes.
• Implement Early Years Capital funding.
• Advise on business development services for childcare sustainability.
