• Proven track record of designing and scaling a Tag Management System (TMS), with GTM as a core component.

• Define and own the digital tagging and tracking strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of tagging specialists; engage in professional development.
• Establish data governance standards ensuring quality and regulatory compliance (GDPR).
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate requirements into actionable data strategy and roadmaps.
• Design and maintain the technical tagging architecture, data layer, and long-term tracking roadmap.
• Manage external partners and vendors for analytics and tag management tools.
