Job summary

Forward Role is seeking an Analytics & Measurement Lead to drive a from-scratch rollout across a 170+ site estate. You’ll move from client-side to server-side tagging, define governance, and own pixel/tracking standards while guiding regional teams.

You’ll work hands-on with GTM, GA4 and data-layer specifications, ensuring consent-aware analytics and robust measurement across journeys, domains and marketing platforms. Hybrid work with a strong data-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced GTM and GA4 experience.
• Experience building measurement plans and data-layer specs from scratch.
• Strong understanding of cookie consent, GDPR and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Set group-wide measurement strategy, tagging standards and governance.
• Hands-on with GTM and server-side tagging implementation.
• Define event, data-layer and conversion-tracking standards across a multi-site estate.
• Map measurement across complex journeys and systems (websites, PMS/PIMS, booking engines).
• Work on cross-domain tracking, offline conversion measurement, QR-code attribution and campaign identification.
• Ensure paid media provides reliable, consent-aware signals.
• Own QA and data quality across analytics stack.
• Collaborate with Growth, CX and Content teams to translate questions into measurable outcomes.
