Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is hiring a Digital Performance Analyst in Belfast. You will join a high-performing team responsible for measuring and improving digital service performance across the department.

You will analyse user journeys, produce insights, and help product owners develop effective performance frameworks. You will collaborate with user researchers, designers, and developers to ensure data quality and actionable outputs, building dashboards and reporting that support

Qualifications

• Experience communicating analysis and insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing performance frameworks aligned to strategy and user needs.
• Understanding phases of product delivery and planning analysis accordingly.
• Ability to work with user researchers and developers across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices for data and analytics outputs.

Responsibilities

• Define what 'good' looks like by developing performance frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and user needs.
• Develop performance analysis projects and choose methodologies to generate actionable insights.
• Analyse service performance using Google Analytics and other data sources to triangulate evidence.
• Collaborate with product teams to assess and improve performance across the product lifecycle.
• Present analytical findings clearly to varied audiences and tailor communications accordingly.
• Apply quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance data and outputs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholders and policy teams.
