Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst in Darlington to help continuously improve performance measurement and reporting across the department. You will analyse macro and micro moments in user journeys, and clearly communicate insights to a range of audiences to identify opportunities to improve digital services.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing digital performance and user journeys.
• Ability to communicate insights to varied audiences.
• Experience with performance dashboards and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Defining what “good” looks like by developing performance frameworks aligned to organisational strategy, business objectives and user needs.
• Developing performance analysis projects, selecting methodologies to generate actionable insights.
• Analysing service performance using Google Analytics and other data sources, triangulating evidence to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with product teams to assess and enhance performance across the product lifecycle.
• Presenting analytical findings clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
• Ensuring data quality and the reliability of performance data and analysis outputs.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards for key stakeholders.
