Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in London is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst to join a high‑performing DDaT team. You will analyse user journeys, develop performance frameworks and translate data into actionable insights for product owners and policy teams.

Reporting to a Senior Performance Analyst, you will maintain dashboards, ensure data quality and collaborate with researchers, developers and business analysts to improve digital services across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing digital service performance and delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to develop performance frameworks aligned with strategy.
• Collaborative work with product teams and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Define what good looks like by developing performance frameworks aligned to strategy and user needs.
• Develop performance analysis projects and select methodologies to generate insights.
• Analyse service performance using Google Analytics and other data sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance performance across the product lifecycle.
• Present analytical findings clearly to different audiences and tailor communication accordingly.
• Apply quality assurance practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholders and policy teams.
