Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Central Digital Delivery Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee Digital Value Plans across major projects in the UK. The role connects project teams, Central Digital specialists, product teams and stakeholders to scope, prioritise and deliver digital opportunities.

Hybrid working is available across Manchester, Newcastle and London, with a focus on value realisation, adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across technical and business functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Digital Value Plans across projects and programmes.
• Coordinate identification, assessment and prioritisation of digital opportunities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate digital value planning workshops and opportunity discovery sessions.
• Maintain visibility of active opportunities, managing progress, risks and dependencies.
