Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Central Digital Delivery Manager to coordinate and oversee the delivery of Digital Value Plans across major projects. The role connects project teams, Central Digital specialists, product teams and stakeholders to scope, prioritise, deliver and monitor digital opportunities.

You will ensure resources focus on high-value opportunities, maintain delivery visibility and realise project outcomes through effective digital implementation within a hybrid UK working model.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Digital Value Plans across frameworks, projects and programmes.
• Coordinate identification, assessment and prioritisation of digital opportunities with stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of opportunities, manage risks and dependencies, and support business cases.
