Job summary
Mott MacDonald is seeking a senior Digital Information Management leader to drive digital transformation on major infrastructure projects. You will guide UK and US teams, lead strategy development, and delivererden consultancy services across time zones with regular travel to the US.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary transport projects, ideally with ISO 19650
- Experience growing and developing teams
- Familiarity with industry standard tools used in delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, scope, and expectations
- Develop and execute Digital Delivery Strategies aligned with standards
- Ensure delivery quality, technical and financial success for client and firm
- Lead technical delivery of consultancy services
- Deliver a programme of technical solutions per client agreement
- Comply with quality, safety, and environmental systems
- Identify and manage delivery teams and maintain best practice knowledge
