Mott MacDonald Ltd. is seeking a Digital Principal to drive digital value across major projects and portfolios. You will lead strategic digital initiatives, engage with project leadership, and shape investments to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a senior digital representative, you will champion transformation, align opportunities with objectives, and oversee delivery while ensuring governance and value realisation across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Essential: strong understanding of project delivery within engineering, infrastructure or professional services environments.
• Essential: experience supporting major projects, frameworks or strategic client programmes.
• Essential: excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Essential: demonstrable experience identifying and delivering business value through digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior digital advisor for assigned projects, frameworks and business units.
• Lead Digital Value Planning engagement activities and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support major pursuits.
• Provide strategic guidance to Delivery Managers and Digital Opportunity Owners.
• Oversee progress of high-value digital opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure opportunities align with business objectives and governance processes.
