Mott MacDonald is seeking a Central Digital Delivery Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee the delivery of Digital Value Plans across major projects. You will connect project teams with Central Digital capabilities and business stakeholders to scope, prioritise, deliver, adopt and monitor digital opportunities.

You will ensure resources focus on high-value opportunities, keep delivery progress visible and realise project outcomes through digital implementation, governance and value realisation.

Qualificações

• Experience managing complex project delivery or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across technical and business functions.
• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Digital Value Plans across frameworks, projects and programmes.
• Coordinate identification, assessment and prioritisation of digital opportunities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate digital value planning workshops and discovery sessions.
• Maintain visibility of active opportunities and manage risks and dependencies.
