Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a senior Digital professional to lead information management and digital delivery for major infrastructure projects in the UK, with regular travel to the US business. You will work within the UK Information Management team of 40+ digital consultants to drive transformation and client delivery.

The role requires proven leadership, experience across international teams, and a strong grasp of digital tools in the design and construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in transport.
• Familiarity with ISO19650 standards and related delivery tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience growing and managing project delivery teams and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Information Management team’s digital delivery and drive digital transformation on major projects.
• Develop and execute Digital Delivery Strategies aligned with client requirements and standards.
• Manage client relationships, scope, and project delivery technically, commercially, and financially.
• Lead the technical delivery of consultancy services and define a programme of technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental systems and industry best practices.
