Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Digital Principal to drive digital value across major projects, strategic pursuits and portfolios. You will work with project leadership and discipline leads to identify, shape and prioritise digital opportunities that improve outcomes and deliver measurable business value.

You will provide strategic leadership through Digital Value Planning, ensuring investments align with objectives and digital initiatives deliver tangible benefits to projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Chartered professional or equivalent industry recognition.
• Experience in digital strategy, AI, automation, information management, data or engineering technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior digital advisor for assigned projects, frameworks and business units.
• Champion digital transformation and innovation opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Digital Value Planning engagement activities and opportunity discovery.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and support major pursuits and client engagements.
