Job summary

SSE plc in the United Kingdom seeks a Digital Change Lead to establish business readiness and drive user adoption across IT, OT and Cyber within Transmission Digital programmes. You will coordinate change activities, align delivery and add value using the Digital Business Change Framework.

You will lead Change Managers and Analysts, advise Value Chain leads, report risks and support adoption and benefit realisation across multiple projects in a large energy transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change in large scale transformational programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across IT, OT and cyber change workstreams.
• Experience managing teams or contractors with performance focus.
• Ability to deliver under tight timescales and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply digital business change framework to guide organisations through change; define measures and metrics.
• Oversee digital business change team members delivering materials and activities for projects.
• Guide Value Chain/Cyber leads on change needs and report status with risks and decisions.
• Create programme level view of change activities to inform stakeholders and timing.
• Collaborate with the team to align resources and plan change activities across programmes.
