Job summary

Great British Energy Group is seeking a Head of Change, Comms and Engagement on a hybrid basis with a Bristol office component to drive digital integration and standardisation across the Defence transformation programme. You will lead the change programme, craft the communications strategy, and oversee stakeholder engagement to secure adoption and measurable benefits.

The role requires senior-level change management expertise, governance accountability and delivery of technology-enabled change

Qualifications

• Experience leading change in complex digital transformation programmes.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver change outcomes.
• Strong influence and engagement with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the J2C Commercial change programme, owning the plan and delivery.
• Develop and deliver Change, Communications and Engagement strategy.
• Provide senior leadership on change management and readiness across the programme.
• Establish governance, reporting and assurance frameworks for delivery progress.
