Job summary

Loom Talent is supporting a leading logistics business with the appointment of a Depot General Manager for a significant multi-customer operation in Wiltshire.

This role requires an experienced logistics leader who can balance operational performance, commercial requirements, customer relationships and compliance across multiple contracts and customers. You will lead through a team of Operations Managers and drive growth with accountability for site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL / contract logistics.
• Experience with multi-customer warehouse environments.
• Experience in complex or high-volume operations.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-led environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site performance.
• Lead a team of Operations Managers.
• Own site budgets and commercial performance.
• Ensure high standards of legal, regulatory and operational compliance.
• Coordinate with transport and wider operational teams.
• Develop your management team and drive a strong performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve the operation and support future growth.
