Job summary

Loom Talent, on behalf of a leading logistics, distribution and supply chain group in South East England, is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to build strategic account relationships, improve operational performance and deliver commercially viable logistics solutions.

You will manage key accounts, lead reviews, analyze sales, forecast, profitability, and develop proposals across warehousing and distribution to drive value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing strategic customer relationships in a B2B setting.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to interpret operational and financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing customer-focused solutions and commercial proposals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Lead regular customer review meetings and present performance insights.
• Analyse sales, demand, inventory and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, planning and stock management processes.
• Review account profitability and support development of commercially beneficial solutions.
• Develop and present proposals across warehousing, distribution and value-added services.
